Portrait of Frances Mary Crofton (nee Marsh)
(1819-1906)

Painted and signed by the artist J Wilson in 1855.  The artist is possibly Joseph T Wilson, born 1808 in London.  In the 1851 census he is listed as a portrait painter aged 43.  He exhibited 30 paintings at the Royal Academy. Between 1833-63.  He lived in London, Witley, and Godalming.

Outside frame 104cm x 84cm.
