Frederick and Constance had issue:

Cuthbert Helsham Heath-Caldwell DSC RN (1889-1979)
who married Violet Charlotte Mary Palmer (1885-1972).
2. 2nd
Lt Martin Frederick Heath-Caldwell RHA (1893-1915).

On 5th May 1919 Cuthbert Helsham Heath-Caldwell married Violet Mary Palmer at Armagh Cathedral, in Ireland.
