Miniture of James Heath  Painted by H Burch (Henry Jacob Burch)  Painted together with an accompanying portrait of his first wife Elizabeth Thomas around 1780-1781.  Very little is known about the artist Henry Jacob Burch but he seems to have been reasonably prolific as his portrait miniatures seem to turn up from time to time in auctions.  If anyone can send me a biography I would be pleased to hear from you. jj@jjhc.info   (Home)  (James Heath)
