Miniature Portrait of Arthur Cuthbert Marsh
of Eastbury Park, Hertfordshire, England
(1786-1849)

Artist not know but could possibly be by the miniature painter Andrew Robertson (1772-1845).  A note in the family says it was painted by an artist called Cooper but I have not been able to find any painters by the name of Cooper in this period?  Probably painted between 1805 and 1825.  A larger portrait was painted from this possibly by an artist called Kemmlin.
