Possibly Sir Henry Marsh Bart MD Physician in ordinary to Queen Victoria. He was born 1790, created a Baronet 13 March 1839 and died 1 December 1860. Or could be his son Sir Henry Marsh 2nd Baronet who died unmarried in 1868.
